Set up the room
Comfort4Stimulation50+50 Stim locks two ability inheritances so the kitten carries both a turret-drop and a utility spell. Below 32 Stim the gadget actives roll probabilistically, which defeats the whole point of this build.

Notes
A 7 INT Tinkerer sits at 11 effective INT after the class modifier, the highest sustained mana regen in the roster. Turrets and gadgets drop once and keep firing across rounds, so value compounds in longer fights. The -1 CHA and -1 LCK are real but not load-bearing: mana pool shrinks a bit and crit rates dip, yet neither hurts a build whose damage comes from persistent placements. Weak on mobile encounters where enemies walk past the gadget line faster than it can re-deploy.
