Cautious + Light is the most weight-efficient loadout in the game: 5 weight on shield, 3 on Stitcher, pistol at light carry. You have headroom for 50+ weight of loot before the ceiling bites. The two SMG/pistol combo is not a fighting kit; Stitcher gets you out of range when something aggros, Burletta is for finishing Ticks and Pops during looting. Skills pour into Survival: Looter's Luck doubles item reveals, Silent Scavenger keeps ARC patrols from noticing, Security Breach unlocks the Tier-3 containers other builds cannot touch. Smoke grenade + Binoculars covers the standard extraction break.
