Regent's card pool is underdocumented at v0.102.0, so this build leans hard on the confirmed core (Sovereign Blade + Stars) and lets the draft fill in the gaps. Skip Ice Cream in favor of raw Star generation -- the Stars resource already carries across turns, so energy carryover pays less than for other characters. Forge Hammer every combat to keep Sovereign Blade scaling into Act 3.
