Dark Marksman's Plate Armor

A plate armor once worn by Samara, the Sandwatcher. In the desert, tales are told of a dark marksman who appears in the sandstorm, shoots with perfect accuracy, and vanishes. Some outlaws who are inspired by the Dark Marksman dress in a similar way.
